Hebrews 4:12

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

In Reagan's Words

In his speech, "A Time For Choosing," in 1964 Ronald Reagan said this:

"Not too long ago, two friends of mine were talking to a Cuban refugee, a businessman who had escaped from Castro, and in the midst of his story one of my friends turned to the other and said, "We don't know how lucky we are." And the Cuban stopped and said, "How lucky you are? I had someplace to escape to." And in that sentence he told us the entire story. If we lose freedom here, there's no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth."

The truth of those words should speak to each and every one of us. Freedom has a price, it is a very costly thing, and yet worth the price. Freedom is not a something that we can allow to be choked out of us, bit by bit until it is no longer ours. Nor is freedom something to be hoarded and kept only for ourselves. We must, instead of allowing despotism to creep in from the rest of the world, cause liberty and freedom to spread out from us like a burgeoning flower.

The time is now, it really is "A Time For Choosing," will you continue to be complacent and simply sit back and allow freedom to be destroyed, piece by piece until it is gone? Or will you educate yourself, learn form the past, and stand up and say too those who would destroy our liberties, "Enough!"

Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
